Jogurt (gr\u0161ki jogurt) nastane z bakterijsko fermentacijo mleka. Vsebuje veliko mle\u010dnih beljakovin, kalcija, vitaminov B6 in B12. Prvi zapisi o uporabi jogurta so stari \u017ee ve\u010d kot 4500 let. V ljudski medicini pa so ga pogosto uporabljali kot zdravilo. \u0160ele v 20. stoletju so naredili prve raziskave in tudi znanstveno potrdili zdravilne u\u010dinke mle\u010dnokislinske bakterije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"gr\u0161ki\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Gr\u0161ki jogurt (greek yogurt<\/a>) nastane z odcejanjem kompaktnega probioti\u010dnega jogurta. Lo\u010dimo beljakovinsko strukturo in teko\u010di sirotko jogurta. Dobimo zelo zgo\u0161\u010deno snov, ki se da enostavno mazati ali me\u0161ati z drugimi \u017eivili. Vsebuje dvakrat ve\u010d beljakovin kot navadni jogurt. Izredno lepo se poda v razne solatne prelive, v razne sladice, v juhe, omake.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ko prvi\u010d poskusimo gr\u0161ki jogurt, nas popolnoma zasvoji, saj se zaradi svoje kremaste strukture ter izrazitega okusa<\/a>, povsem lo\u010di od navadnih jogurtov. Seli Gr\u0161ki jogurt (SGYOG) se razlikuje od podobnih gr\u0161kih jogurtov dosegljivih na trgovinskih policah v tem, da je narejen 100% iz jogurta brez kakr\u0161nikoli dodatkov, ki bi vplivali na njegov okus, strukturo ali trajnost izdelka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pri lo\u010devanju teko\u010dine (sirotke) od beljakovinski mase uporabljamo posebni postopek, ki sicer zahteva ve\u010djo koli\u010dino jogurta, za to pride do razmerja, da za kilogram gr\u0161kega jogurta porabimo 4 litre kompaktnega probioti\u010dnega jogurta. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Med najbolj zdrave kombinacije z jogurtom gotovo sodi smoothie s cimetom in medom. Ta kombinacija poudari zdravilne u\u010dinke vseh treh sestavin. Vse skupaj dobro preme\u0161ajte (cimet dodajte zadnji), lahko pa v smoothie dodate tudi mlete orehe, ali lanena semena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gr\u0161ki jogurt – pakiranje<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Na\u0161 SGYOG<\/a> je lahko iz kravjega, kozjega ali me\u0161anega mleka. To je odvisno od letnega \u010dasa, oz. laktacije posamezne \u017eivali na kmetiji. Pakiran je v steklene kozarce, ki so vakuumirani. Kozarce z gr\u0161kim jogurtom moramo hraniti v hladilniku. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
